How are you finding the stability? I've got the same boat (mine is a 1978 model year) but I water tested it with myself and the previous owner using a 26lb thrust trolling motor... hopefully adding a 25hp Suzuki tiller-steer to mine next week or the following week and have a somewhat similar plan as far as the flooring goes. I want to remove the middle bench seat and make the floor a continuous piece of aluminum tread plate from the rear bench to the bow.

stability is awesome,
I have a 40 hp Yamaha and if usually fish 3 very comfortable.
ive been caught it bad chop a few times, and it handles extremely well,,
have fished as many as 5 persons including myself, ive pushed 21 mpg,,
I have removed the center bench and set my floors out of plywood,
diamond plate hopefully in the near by future

Well that's good to know. Looks great too! I assume the beam width is 60 inches, not the floor?

The two biggest things I want to do are remove the middle bench and add an aluminum tread plate floor, but that will have to wait a few months I think... I priced the 42.5" x 84" piece of ATP I'd need to do it and it was just over $320.

Ah, now it makes sense why your hull looked wider than mine. Mine is only a 45" floor / 60" beam, but it's the same style. It looks great with that console though. Where'd you find the console, new or used?

60 inches at floor and 80 inches at beam..... i found the centrt console on clist... boat was registered to us naval base in texas. Im trying to find the model number.. but is was a rare find. 1660. I believe that with the pods it should be able to handle really shallow water
