Um... nice. But, I am not sure where and what the differences are...

Is that a custom made live well in the center? What is that pole coming up from the flooring rib? Does the center seat mount on aluminum or wood?

Thanks,
Talons

The livewell was already in the center seat which I cut out. The (poll) is support for center seat which will be mounted to the wood behind it. Gonna put more frame and support in front, but haven't decided where yet.

I have been looking at a finish for my cypress deck called waterlox. Has anyone had any experience with this product?

I need some help to figure out what to do about my steering problem. When I raise my rear seat the tiller handle is to short. Thought about adding extension but it will hit seat or will be unreachable when turning. I don't really want stick steering unless I can do it with a joystick. Thinking about a motor that goes forward and reverse with a threaded rod on end and a nut with swivel mounted on motor controlled with joystick. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Time for wise *** remark:
Don't raise the seat to drive. :)

Thought about that but don't know if want to sit without my feet under me. Already have the setup for a high low seat. I'll have to think some more about this.

It depends how desperate you are; You could probably buy an extension handle with a u joint and then modify it to be shorter if necessary, you might be able to make the lockout sleeve your new handle. I bought a Cabela's model a few years ago, it's easy to steer once your used to it. First thing I did when I got it was reinforce the plastic knuckle where I could, the reviews complained the plastic would blow out easy. I see they sell a different "all metal joint" brand now.

That just might work. I'll make one out of wood with small universal joint and try it thanks. Been doing some more work and will post more pictures soon.

Here's some more pics, got the front furred up and the seat receiver put in, and half of the starboard. My rivet gun broke, only got 1 rivet in brace is why it's still clamped. Have to get another.

Started thinking about my steering issue, and saw my 1/2 drive swivel and the wheel started turning. Let ya'll know how it turns out.

Gotta little bit more done on the deck frame and battery platform. Still haven't figured out my steering issue yet. Here's a few more pics.

Finally had a little time to work on boat. I don't know yet about what I'm doing about the steering issue, but I got a coat of fiberglass resin put on all the wood I added. I order a set of Beavertail pods for the back. Should be here next week. I got some 2 x 2 x 3/16 aluminum and some more 11/2 x 11/2 x 3/16 to make rear decks. Gonna extend 18'' out the back on sides of motor. Will post more pics soon. The hole in the water keeps getting bigger.

been awhile since i've posted anything, still working got good bit done, but not finished yet i have to many pics to post. put aerator in livewell lights in livewell, bilge pump, dual bank battery charger etc...
