Empty/auto control on Alumacraft...

I bought a 2002 Alumacraft Invader. Just below the driver's seat there is a control that has Empty/Auto on it. I'm not sure what it's for. On the console there is a control for the bilge and one for the areator. Any help on this?
The control is round. You turn the knob to either Empty or Auto.

most of them ive seen were to close off live well to keep water in when on the trailer not sure about the auto

That's what I thought it may be but the "auto" has me confused.

Does the auto run the recirculation pump?

I figured out what it is today. There is a plug in the livewell. You can use the plug and take it out to drain the livewell. You can also take the plug out and set the control to auto and it operates the drain in the livewell. The "auto" closes off a valve where the plug goes. To empty the livewell turn the control to "empty" and it opens the valve and drains the livewell.
