Fog Lights

Can you use standard fog lights for docking lights? I saw them at Wal Mart for 20 bucks

I don't see why not ,they use them on cars that are exposed to worse conditions than you will on the water.

I would just make sure that you use butt splice and heat shrink to keep water out.As this is what i use ,and it helps.
