Well I've been lurking tinboats for a few months and two months ago I picked up my first tin can, however I have had to put it up for the winter before getting a chance to use it. This has given me lots of time to plan out what I want to do with it. Part of that planning is to get a fish finder. I don't want to spend a fortune but want to have some basic features as well as gps. I think I've decided on a Garmin GPSMAPS 421s. I can get one for about $400. What I would like to know from you fine folks is, is this a good choice or is there something better around the same price point? I didn't have much luck finding any reviews online.
