If the flip-flops, flip-flopped, Chuck Norris could jump out of the water, unplug the extension cord, turn the flip-flops right side up, plug the extension cord back in and jump back in the pool BEFORE any of the current made it to the other guys in the pool. So actually this IS safe (providing that left hand is Chuck Norris's).
