Insomnia

Insomnia was the start of my troubles before I ended up in the hospital with everything else,

Turns out I hate my job, Serious :|

I was surprized to find out how stress (not dealt with) will creep up and bring your health down.

I ENDED UP HAVING Acute sisnutitis, gerd, High blood presure and well lets just say morning am routines just wasn't there anymore. Now I take a stomach pill for the rest of my life or look at surgery(and I don't think so)

It all started with Insomnia :shock: it sucked :x

Here I am again, 4 a.m., haven't even attempted to sleep.
