Lowe 1648 Mod-V Merc 25hp 4 stroke looking for electric trim

Looking to get electric trim on my '05 Mercury 25hp 4 stroke. The controls have the tilt/trim buttons, but there's nothing on the engine. Is there a way I can install the electric tilt/trim? Is it a Mercury thing or will it be aftermarket? Is this something I will have to buy with a jackplate?

Sorry, not necessarily electric...just not manual. I'm wondering if factory hydraulic tilt/trim will install on a manual system.

I don't have an answer to any of your questions but I got a 25 Merc w/electric T&T this winter and it's sweet. It's a good investment (especially as you get older).
Try this site. You need to know model # and serial #. Just follow the instructions. They seem to have the kit you need.
