lower unit primer

Any body tried Cyclo brand #C800 primer on an outdrive. Says cold galvanize. 98% zinc, then says all the same things as a Zinc Chromate rattle can. Color is lite gray, only $11.00 a can ?

Sounds pricey ... as I just bought 2 cans recently, the yellow and the green ... both cans marked the same otherwise and they were only $8/can at big box hardware stores.
