Pin type seat bases

Looking to mount pin type base in my floor. Most of them I have looked at say they require 2.75 in. clearance underneath. By my measurements I might get 2.5. Does anyone know of any brand that would be compatible with this without shimming some how. Thanks.

Well, I was looking for the same info as you and when I saw you had no replies I looked more and found this:

The answer that you'll like to hear is supposedly from a "Cabelas expert".

I only have 1 3/4" to work with so I'll be shimming for sure, I just didn't know how much. Hope the expert knew what he was talking about.
