Need someone's expertise on the placements of the rollers and Bunk Boards on my boat trailer. Are the rollers and Bunk Boards in the proper positions? I have no idea if this setup needs help or not.

Bunks should go past the transom and stick out a little bit to start with. Either make them longer or move the winch post ahead to fix that.

The rollers should just touch and not carry very much weight, their primary purpose is to guide the keel up as the boat is loaded. If too much weight is on them, they will dent or crack the keel.

Hard to tell from your pics, I always luked my bunks to be wider than narrow for better support on an aluminum hull. As far as keel rollers...you can't have to many. If you have enough abd spaced properly, they should never cause an issue/ damage to the keel. Been trailering aluminum boats for almost 60 years, no problems if trailer is set up right. Just keep in mind, you can't have to much support !!
