steel flex ?

I'm new to boating an was restoring my jon boat,,found this very interesting site and started learning all kinds of great stuff. I did read a piece of a section talking about this steel flex stuff. Now Ive never heard of it but it seems like a lot of folk on here use it quit a bit. I was wondering if I could get some responses on how good the stuff is ,,is it durable?,,,whats the COST? and pretty much any thing about the stuff I should know about it. It is a mix correct (2 parts)???? like I said any responses would be appreciated ---thanks alot---Robert

Just orded some, and it cost around $62 including shipping for a gallon of it. (2 part epoxy, plus small can of color pigment)
There is a thread at the top of the boat house section that should tell you almost everything about it.
