My wife will eat grits, but I don't care for 'em. Scrapple and Livermush........not in this house. When we were in West Point, NY last year on the school trip, the lady in the restaurant (and I could've swore the sign said "home cooking") gave me a really weird look when I asked for sweet tea. She did tell me that they had sugar packets to add to their unsweetened tea. It just don't work/taste the same.

I had to google that Scrapple stuff. Wikipedia says "Scraps of meat left over from butchering, not used or sold elsewhere, were made into scrapple to avoid waste... dang at least here in the south we know which part of the pig to throw away! :shock:
